Deskripsi Kerja
We are seeking a motivated Junior Conveyancing Clerk to assist our legal team at SAN & ASSOCIATES. You will handle various conveyancing documentation, including project/sub-sale SPAs and Discharge of Charge.
Your responsibilities include client communication, monitoring work progress, and preparing status reports. The ideal candidate will possess at least an SPM or equivalent, be hardworking and responsible.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential, and fluency in Mandarin is required. This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary of RM1,500.00 – RM2,00.00 per month.
