Deskripsi Kerja
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Legal Counsel to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal advice, draft and review contracts, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key responsibilities include conducting legal research, advising on corporate governance, and managing dispute resolution processes. The successful applicant will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
A Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the bar are required. Experience in corporate law is preferred.
