Deskripsi Kerja
Job Summary:
Manage all liaison and development activities related to land matters, authority approvals, and compliance for Resort property and healthcare/hospital setup projects.
Key Responsibilities:
– Liaise with authorities for approvals and licenses.
– Manage land use and building plan submissions.
– Coordinate with architects on development plans.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning or related field.
– 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
– Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,00.00 – RM4,500.00 per month
Benefits: Free parking, meal provided.
