Deskripsi Kerja

Beacon Hospital Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to assist patients in navigating medical opinions and treatments. The role includes:

• Assisting patients during visits and answering inquiries.
• Providing accurate information on appointments and payments.
• Offering translation services as needed.
• Resolving patient issues for a smooth experience.
• Being the first point of contact for feedback.

Requirements: Diploma in a related field. Working hours: Mon-Fri (8:30 AM – 6:00 PM), Sat Half-day (Alternate). Salary: RM2,00 – RM2,800/month, with benefits.
