Deskripsi Kerja
JOEL & CO seeks a Litigation Partner to lead high‑value litigation for our Legal 500 Asia Pacific 2021 ranked firm. You will manage files, conduct legal research, draft court papers, advise clients on relevant laws, perform advocacy at case management, trials and hearings, and monitor team progress to meet tight deadlines. Candidates must demonstrate strong critical thinking, time management, independent judgment, high commitment, ability to work under pressure, and multitask. Qualifications: proven litigation experience, teamwork, self‑motivation, fluency in English and Bahasa Melayu (Mandarin a plus), own transport, and prompt reporting to superiors.
