You will manage customer inquiries via live chat and email, provide product information, and gather feedback to enhance our services. The ideal candidate should be trilingual in English and Mandarin, possess a minimum of one year in customer service, and have basic proficiency in GSuite and Microsoft applications. An 8GB RAM computer and stable internet connection are essential.
