Deskripsi Kerja
Elabram Systems Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated and professional Live Chat Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and addressing the needs of our customers through live chats.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering outstanding customer service and managing customer inquiries.
- Liaising with other departments to resolve user issues effectively.
- Professionally handling a high volume of customer inquiries.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: RM2,400.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday
