Deskripsi Kerja
IMFinance, a mortgage broking servicing business based in Australia, is seeking a talented Loan Administration Specialist to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. You will collaborate with friendly team members from our Sydney and China offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile loan information and client profiles.
- Calculate serviceability for clients with team members.
- Enter data into the ApplyOnline system.
- Communicate with lenders regarding loan updates.
- Follow up on approvals and complete settlements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese).
- Reliable home internet connection.
Salary: RM3,00.00 – RM5,500.00 per month. Schedule: Fixed shift, Monday to Friday.
