Deskripsi Kerja

Role Function:

• Attend to inbound calls in a contact center environment.
• Provide high service levels to international customers to ensure maximum satisfaction.
• Resolve customer queries and issues, aiming for first call resolution.
• Listen attentively and build rapport with customers to meet their needs.
• Exhibit strong ownership, responsibility, and integrity.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates (Diploma/Degree) are welcome.
• Fluent in English with good communication skills.
• Fast learner and capable of multitasking.
• Must be able to work on a rotational shift.
