Deskripsi Kerja
Aisling Consulting is seeking a Local Bank Debt Collector to manage account holder communications effectively. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Making outbound calls to remind account holders of their credit card or loan payments.
- Liaising and negotiating with account holders to resolve payment issues.
- Working closely with account holders to establish workable repayment arrangements.
- Following up and monitoring account holder payments in a timely manner.
- Handling necessary documentation to support collections.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract (12 months)
Pay: RM2,00.00 – RM6,00.00 per month
