Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily warehouse operations including storage, sorting, and dispatching of parcels.
- Communicate with customers and teams to address delivery issues.
- Verify customer information for accuracy.
- Prepare reports on delivery metrics and financial performance.
- Stay updated on best practices to improve operations.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Logistics or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in delivery operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
