Deskripsi Kerja
Primary Responsibilities:
- Book shipments via sea and air.
- Monitor shipment status and visibility.
- Handle all transport-related documents promptly.
- Act as the first point of contact for customers.
- Liaise with service partners and resolve issues efficiently.
- Support standard operating procedure reviews.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in international transport logistics.
- SPM/Diploma in Transport/Logistics or related fields.
- Effective communication skills in English; Mandarin is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,00.00 – RM5,00.00 per month
