Deskripsi Kerja
Job Descriptions:
- Supervise and monitor chiller plant room and AHU operations.
- Oversee mechanical ventilation systems for optimal performance.
- Ensure maintenance contractors meet scheduled maintenance standards.
- Monitor sub-contractors for ACMV maintenance and repair.
- Retrieve ACMV consumption readings for utility reports.
- Assist in troubleshooting tenant ACMV issues.
- Attend tenant inspections for ACMV compliance.
- Analyze ACMV parameters for troubleshooting.
- Willing to learn ACMV calculations for operations and maintenance.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 1-3 years of experience preferred.
- Proficient in English and Malay.
- Hands-on experience with chilled water systems and mechanical ventilation.
