Deskripsi Kerja

We are hiring a Maintenance Manager to lead building and equipment maintenance, ensure safety compliance, and optimize preventive maintenance programs. You will supervise technicians, schedule repairs, manage vendors, control maintenance budgets, and report on KPIs. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of facilities or maintenance management experience, strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, leadership skills, and familiarity with CMMS. Certification in HVAC, electrical, or facilities management is a plus. Must communicate effectively, solve problems quickly, and prioritize safety.
