Deskripsi Kerja
Wear Safe (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Manager to oversee all plant equipment and machinery. The ideal candidate will manage preventive maintenance programs, ensure compliance with authority requirements, and lead a team to achieve maintenance goals.
Key responsibilities include monitoring efficiency, implementing continuous improvement strategies, and liaising with suppliers for necessary materials. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential.
Qualifications include a degree in Engineering and at least 5 years of managerial experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Familiarity with lean manufacturing practices is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent | Pay: RM7,00.00 – RM10,00.00 per month
