Thistle Hotel Johor Bahru is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Office Coordinator. This role is crucial for organizing an efficient filing system for both physical and electronic data.
Responsibilities include providing administrative support to the Chief Engineer, monitoring office cleanliness, and assisting with employee meetings. Ensure courteous service and manage record-keeping for contracts and financial documents.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate. Pay: RM1,700.00 – RM2,500.00 per month.
Benefits: health insurance, maternity leave, meals provided, promotion opportunities. Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday; Work Location: In person.
