Deskripsi Kerja

Contract Duration: 6 Months (Renewable)

Location: Bank Rakyat Twin Towers, Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur (Near KL Sentral)

Working Days & Hours: Monday – Friday + 1 Day OT (Saturday or Sunday)

8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Regular)

5:30 PM – 7:00 PM (OT)

Job Scope:

• Contact customers with overdue debts.
• Remind customers about late or outstanding payments.
• Provide advice and consultation on payment solutions.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Melayu; English is a plus.
• No criminal record, CTOS, or CCRIS.

Salary: RM1,700 – RM1,900 per month (including OT)
