Work Location: Subang Jaya

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design tailored Managed Services solutions and provide cost quotations.
- Lead preparation of proposals, RFPs, and compliance documents.
- Manage vendor relationships, deal registrations, and partner engagements.
- Participate in project meetings and ensure smooth project transitions.
- Provide ongoing support for active projects to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Expertise in IT Service Management and Operations.
- Experience with IT Asset Life Cycle Management and Data Center Operations.
- Knowledge of ITIL and ticketing systems.
