We seek a motivated Management Trainee for Cash Operations to join our finance team. You will learn cash management, daily reconciliation, vault controls, liquidity forecasting, and internal controls through hands-on rotations and mentorship. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; possess strong numerical, Excel, and communication skills; attention to detail; and integrity. Fresh graduates and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply. This program offers structured training, exposure to operational leadership, and fast-track career progression into supervisory roles within 12–24 months.
