Deskripsi Kerja
We are seeking a dedicated Management Trainee to oversee the daily management of front-line workers in the production department. The successful candidate will support the production team with workflow coordination, troubleshooting, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Responsibilities also include supervising production staff, maintaining accurate production records, and ensuring compliance with ISO standards. The role involves quality assurance activities, monitoring daily production plans, and conducting inspections.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,300.00 – RM5,300.00 per month
Schedule: Rotational shift
Languages: English and Mandarin (Required)
