Lead and coordinate branch operations support across Cambodia, ensuring compliance, process efficiency, and excellent service levels.
Manage daily operational activities, optimize workflows, supervise regional teams, liaise with stakeholders, and implement controls to mitigate risk.
Require bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in banking or operations, strong leadership and analytical skills, English and Khmer proficiency, and familiarity with regulatory requirements.
