Happy Dental Sdn Bhd seeks a Manager to lead our team. Full-time, permanent, in-person role. Requires fluency in Malay and English, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent, and proven experience planning and managing staffing, handling recruitment (interviewing, hiring, training, monitoring), supervising and disciplining staff, communicating job expectations, enforcing company policies, and meeting productivity targets. Must evaluate employee performance and operational systems, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
