Deskripsi Kerja
PERODUA BODY & PAINT seeks an experienced Workshop Manager to oversee daily body & paint operations. You will ensure repairs meet Perodua quality standards, plan and monitor work schedules and staff productivity, handle customer inquiries and complaints, control operating costs and spare parts inventory, and prepare workshop performance reports. Requirements: 3–5 years in automotive body & paint, supervisory/managerial experience preferred, solid technical knowledge of body and paint repairs, strong leadership, communication and team-management skills, ability to work under pressure and meet KPIs, disciplined and customer-oriented. Job Types: Full-time, Contract (12 months). Pay: From RM4,00/month. Work Location: In person.
