Deskripsi Kerja
Our client, an IT Solutions Company in Puchong, is looking for a dedicated Mandarin Application Support Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain application systems, identifying and troubleshooting issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis and manage client relationships.
- Efficiently manage support tickets.
Requirements:
- 1 year of application support experience preferred; fresh IT graduates welcome.
- Fluency in Mandarin is mandatory.
- Willing to work shifts and weekends; night shift work from home available.
Salary: RM3,00.00 – RM6,500.00/month.
