Deskripsi Kerja

Candidates will be assisting inbound calls by verbally translating conversations from English to Mandarin and vice versa. This is a fantastic opportunity to work from home with a multinational corporation while making a positive impact in the lives of others.

Additional Information:

• Full-time, 12-month contract with rotational shifts.
• 80% Night Shift, 20% Day Shift; 9 hours per shift (including 1-hour lunch) for 5 days a week.
• Work on weekends and Public Holidays.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Mandarin (Speaking, Reading, Writing).
• Stable internet connection (100 Mbps).
• Education: SPM.
• Immediate starters prioritized.
