OSRAM OS Penang is seeking a Mandarin Customer Service Specialist to support our international key accounts in a dynamic Supply Chain environment. Your role involves proactive order management, operational customer interaction, and handling inbound B2B inquiries.
We require 3-5 years of supply chain customer service experience, fluency in business English and Mandarin, and a Bachelor’s Degree. Proficiency in ERP (SAP), CRM (Salesforce), and Microsoft tools is essential.
