Deskripsi Kerja
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as a central information source regarding One Stop Service Centre functions, policies, and services.
- Oversee operating schedules and coordinate day-to-day activities of the Centre.
- Manage staff traffic flow for services.
- Address and resolve staff complaints impacting operations.
- Utilize software to prepare weekly and monthly reports.
Requirements:
- 2 years of working experience.
- Must be able to converse in Mandarin.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM4,00.00 – RM5,500.00 per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday
