Deskripsi Kerja
Job Description:
- Design engaging lesson plans for diverse young learners.
- Create a positive and organized classroom environment.
- Enhance curriculum with best practices in early childhood education.
- Conduct regular assessments to track student progress.
- Maintain effective communication with parents regarding children’s progress.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure children’s well-being.
Requirements:
- Experience in lesson planning and implementation.
- Passion for early childhood education.
- Fluent in Mandarin, excellent communication skills.
- Team player with adaptability to classroom needs.
