Location: The Malacca Club, Jalan Syed Abdul Aziz, Melaka
Job Description:
- Manage data in spreadsheets and reports
- Maintain up-to-date records and reports
- Track office supply stock and order as needed
- Assist in budget planning
- Organize and schedule meetings and events
- Perform clerical duties, including phone answering and document preparation
Requirements:
- 1 year of administrative experience
- Minimum SPM education
- Proficiency in Mandarin required
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Salary: RM2,500.00 – RM3,500.00 per month
