DM Mobile Telecommunications SDN BHD is seeking a dedicated Mandarin-Speaking Customer Service Representative. Responsibilities include handling inbound calls related to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback regarding our products, while exceeding customer expectations with exceptional service.

Applicants should possess at least an SPM and be proficient in English; Mandarin skills are a significant advantage. This full-time, permanent position requires willingness to work in Ara Damansara, Selangor (shuttle services provided).
