Position: Inbound Customer Service – Mandarin
Location: 1A, Persiaran Mahsuri, Bayan Baru, 11900 Bayan Lepas, Penang
Interview Date: November 27, 9:30 AM at Ipoh, Perak
Working Days: Rotational Shift
Salary: RM3,500 + KPI + Shift Allowance + Accommodation Allowance
Requirements:
- Mandarin reading & writing skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any discipline
- Intermediate English proficiency
Responsibilities include providing timely support to customers via phone and email, and processing payments securely.
