Deskripsi Kerja
Language Requirement: Prefer Mandarin speaking
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least an SPM and above.
- Relevant customer service experience.
- Full-time jobs available.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply – Full training will be provided.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both verbal and written).
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries, complaints, feedback, and issues through multiple channels (calls/emails/chats).
- Provide exceptional service and accurate information.
- Collaborate with team members to meet KPI targets and SLAs.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM3,00.00 – RM6,500.00 per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday
