Deskripsi Kerja
Vasma Enterprise SDN BHD is looking for a dedicated Mandarin-Speaking Customer Service Support representative. In this role, you will respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and professional service. Key responsibilities include providing accurate product information, resolving customer complaints, and processing orders.
This full-time, permanent position offers a monthly salary starting from RM3,500. Enjoy benefits such as a flexible schedule, health insurance, and opportunities for promotion. A rotational shift schedule is required.
Preferred qualifications include STM/STPM education and proficiency in Mandarin and Bahasa. Work location is in-person.
