Job Overview: Maju Management Sdn Bhd is seeking an HR Executive specializing in Payroll Administration to manage the group’s Monthly Payroll Processing.

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for full payroll function and related reports.
• Maintain payroll records and resolve payroll queries accurately.
• Handle statutory payments and liaise with government bodies.
• Develop and maintain payroll policies; familiar with attendance/payroll systems.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business & Administration.
• Minimum of 3 years of HR or Payroll experience (manufacturing preferred).
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English.
