Deskripsi Kerja
Language Requirement: Prefer Mandarin speaking
Requirements:
- Possess at least a SPM/O-level or higher qualification.
- Preferably with customer service experience in logistics services.
- Must be computer literate and possess good communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Handle and coordinate import and export shipments documentation.
- Optimize customer service experience and facilitate customer engagement.
- Keep accurate records and manage customer issues to resolution.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM2,600.00 – RM5,500.00 per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday
