Pay: RM3,100.00 – RM7,500.00 per month
Responsibilities:
- Inspect product quality during processes before delivery.
- Inspect incoming materials prior to use.
- Analyze customer complaints and perform investigations.
- Compile customer complaints and issue CAR for repeated issues.
- Ensure corrective actions are implemented and report to management.
- Conduct training on standard inspection procedures.
