Deskripsi Kerja
We are JEV Management & Trading, seeking a Mandarin-Speaking Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Cost estimation, claims, budgeting, and cost control.
- Contract management and payment certification.
- Risk management and financial reporting.
- Collaboration with architects, engineers, and contractors.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Saturday 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM.
Requirements: A degree in Quantity Surveying or related field, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in QS software (e.g., AutoCAD, Excel). Certification (e.g., RICS, AIQS) is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time, Pay: RM3,00.00 – RM5,00.00 per month.
