Deskripsi Kerja
Join Sanmina Corporation as a Manufacturing Mgmt 1. In this role, you will ensure production line operations comply with Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) standards. Responsibilities include managing resource allocation, overseeing staffing decisions, coordinating production schedules, and recommending process improvements. You will play a crucial role in monitoring team performance and preparing daily production reports on output quality and quantity.
Ideal candidates will possess a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in production, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.
