Job Responsibilities:

• Manage customer correspondence, orders, and coordinate sales activities for timely delivery.
• Handle overall sales administration records and liaise with logistics for shipment arrangements.
• Prepare invoices for tooling, samples, and miscellaneous charges.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate new project developments.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints efficiently.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent with 1-2 years of related experience.
• Fluency in Mandarin, Bahasa, and English.
• Able to work independently and be resourceful.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,00.00 – RM5,00.00 per month
