Deskripsi Kerja
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manufacturing Trainer to join our team at MULTI-CODE ELECTRONICS INDUSTRIES (M) BERHAD. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for conducting training sessions for new hires and current employees on production processes, equipment operation, and safety standards. Your key responsibilities will include developing training materials, providing hands-on demonstrations, assessing employee competencies, and collaborating with various teams to identify training needs.
The position offers a competitive salary of up to RM5,00.00 per month. Candidates should have prior experience in manufacturing training and familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
