Deskripsi Kerja
Ilham Group Associates is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Marketing Executives. Ideal candidates should have at least a Diploma or be Fresh Graduates. A background in Business Administration, Insurance, or Statistics is preferred, but graduates from other fields are encouraged to apply. Candidates with 6 credits in SPM will also be considered.
Key skills desired include proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English, good IT skills (Word and Excel), teamwork, and interpersonal skills. A valid driving license is required.
This role involves sales and marketing, recruiting team members, conducting career talks, and training new candidates. Pay ranges from RM3,00.00 to RM10,00.00 per month, with additional commissions and bonuses.
