Deskripsi Kerja
Eligibility:
1. Minimum SPM qualification.
2. Proficient in writing formal Malay effectively.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Contact customers regarding order-related issues and assist in resolving them.
2. Respond to marketplace chat inquiries and relay relevant order information.
3. Address FAQs from customers on the company’s IG and FB pages.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,600.00 – RM1,800.00 per month
