The Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group is seeking a dedicated and proactive Materials Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in minimizing hotel expenses through effective purchasing practices and maintaining competitive pricing for goods and services.
Key responsibilities include enforcing internal control policies, advising on cost management, supporting inventory data management, and fostering positive relationships with internal departments and suppliers. Additionally, the Materials Officer will train team members and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
