Deskripsi Kerja
Kuala Lumpur Pavilion Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Member Relations Executive to manage membership applications, renewals, and terminations. In this role, you will address member inquiries and complaints, delivering exceptional customer service while providing information about membership benefits, policies, and procedures.
Key responsibilities include coordinating gift redemptions, maintaining inventory checks, and collaborating with the marketing team during promotional events. A minimum SPM or equivalent, with at least 1 year of customer service experience preferred, is required. Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach are essential; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
This full-time position requires shift work, including weekends and public holidays. Benefits include health insurance, with a rotational shift schedule.
