Deskripsi Kerja
We are seeking a dedicated Member Services Executive to join our team at Zikay Group Berhad. In this role, you will handle member inquiries, update and maintain member records, and generate booking information slips. You will coordinate with the Front Desk team, update internal trackers, and facilitate effective communication.
Your responsibilities will also include assisting with customer relationship management and supporting various administrative tasks.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract (12 months)
Pay: RM2,00.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
