Deskripsi Kerja

Glob Pro BrainHunters is seeking a dynamic Member Support Executive to join our team. You will handle incoming calls, address member inquiries about healthcare benefits, and manage complaints by coordinating with internal units. Process requests for letters of guarantee for secondary and tertiary care, ensuring timely delivery based on entitlement.

Requirements: 6+ months of call center experience, fluency in English and Bahasa, preference for Malay male candidates under 35 years old. Salary: RM 2,00 to RM 2,500, plus overtime and shift allowances.
