A leading precious metals producer, Discovery Group, is seeking a confident Superintendent – Mine Planning. This role involves taking ownership of integrated mine planning for both open pit and underground operations, with a primary focus on Open Pit, in an expat FIFO opportunity in Asia.
The ideal candidate will understand the crucial link between strategy and execution and prioritize listening to shift bosses and supervisors.
Responsibilities include leading a mine planning team, aligning mine design with operational inputs, and driving production performance through smart planning decisions.
