Deskripsi Kerja

Company: InteliOffice

Position: Mobile App Customer Support

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm EST / 8pm-5am Malaysian Time

Responsibilities:

• Fluent in Mandarin (Native), Cantonese, and English
• Provide technical support for users of the HHA mobile application
• Conduct training sessions for caregivers on effective app use
• Log and track user-reported issues
• Collaborate with the attendance department for follow-up and training

Qualifications:
