Job Responsibilities:
- Receive and validate new claims.
- Review and approve claims within authority.
- Respond to client communications and maintain follow-ups.
- Document actions and resolve claims effectively.
- Ensure legal compliance with policies and FCA regulations.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of claims experience.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
