Deskripsi Kerja
Language Requirement: Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Filipino, or Vietnamese.
Requirements
- Must have cold calling experience and an aggressive attitude (30-40 calls daily).
- At least SPM or higher.
- Relevant customer service experience.
- Full-time position.
- Fresh graduates encouraged—full training provided.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (verbal and written).
Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries and complaints through calls, emails, and chats.
- Deliver exceptional service and accurate information.
- Collaborate with team members to meet KPI targets and SLAs.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 – RM7,00.00 per month
Benefits: Professional development.
Schedule: Rotational shift, weekend jobs.
Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus.
